Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the option to exercise your right of withdrawal within a period of 14 days after receipt of your order without providing a specific reason. You are permitted to unpack or test the received products to the extent necessary to assess their properties, characteristics, and functionality. Should you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must handle the products with care and return them to DrSupply in their original condition and packaging. The costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information on how to return products, please consult our instructions on exchanges and returns.

Exceptions for perishable and hygienic products

Products purchased from DrSupply with a limited shelf life (such as hygiene products or custom-made items) cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery. The right of withdrawal does not apply to this category of products. The sale is considered final as soon as payment has been successfully completed, as clearly stated in our offer.
