Delivery time and shipping costs
We carefully do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. We aim to ship orders placed on working days before 17:00 on the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this deadline; sometimes products are out of stock, in which case the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is shown on the product page. Should we be unable to meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
As soon as you make a purchase, we will send you a confirmation email. This contains your order number, which allows you to check the status of your purchase. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive another email with details about your purchase. It is advisable to check your spam folder, as the confirmation email may have ended up there. If you still have not received an email after one business day and have checked your spam folder, please contact us immediately.
DrSupply Delivery Service
Orders placed at DrSupply in the Netherlands before 17:00 will be delivered the next working day, except to the Wadden Islands due to boat transport which may cause delays. PostNL ensures safe and fast delivery. If you spend more than €50 in our webshop, shipping within the Netherlands is free.
Discreet and anonymous packaging
Our products are packaged discreetly and anonymously, so that no one can see what you have ordered. Only your delivery address is on the outside of the packaging.
Delivery of your orders
To receive your order, you must be at home on the delivery day. If you are not at home, the order will be offered for delivery multiple times, depending on the carrier. If you are still not at home, the delivery driver will attempt to leave it with a neighbor or take it to a nearby pick-up point. The driver will always let you know where your package is via a note. DrSupply handles delivery to the pick-up point; after that, it is your responsibility to collect it. Delivery generally takes place from Tuesday to Saturday between 08:00 and 18:00. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to our dependence on the carrier.
Shipping and shipping costs to European countries
In the Netherlands , you can choose from the following delivery options:
Letterbox package with track and trace, so you can track your order, for €4.75. Orders over €50 are shipped free within the Netherlands.
In Belgium , the options are: Letterbox package with track and trace for €9.95. Orders over €100 are shipped free within Belgium.
