Exchanges and returns
At DrSupply, we understand that sometimes you need to return a product because it does not meet your expectations. Regardless of the reason, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. After meeting our return conditions, you will receive the total purchase amount, including shipping costs, back within 14 days. However, the costs of returning the item are at your expense.
Our goal is to describe our products as precisely as possible with text and images so that you can make the right choice. However, there may be minor differences in some materials. Please also bear in mind that the color of the product on your screen may vary due to your monitor settings.

Exchange order
Unfortunately, ordered products cannot be exchanged. You can return your order in accordance with our right of withdrawal and reorder the desired products in our webshop. See our return conditions below.
Return order
We aim to process returns within 14 days. However, they must meet the following conditions. If this is not the case, the return may be refused and sent back to the buyer, at their own expense.
Conditions for your return
- Ensure that the products are returned to us within 14 working days, unused, sealed, in the original box, and properly packaged.
- Prevent damage to the original packaging, especially for products with a limited shelf life, such as hygiene and custom-made products.
- If a product or packaging arrives damaged, we may reduce the value.
- Therefore, please handle our products with care. Because we do not have a pick-up point, you cannot return shipments yourself. Register your return via the form below so that we can process it efficiently.
- Unregistered returns will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense. So register quickly and easily!
Cancel order at DrSupply
Would you like to cancel your order with DrSupply? This is possible as long as your order has not yet been processed in our warehouse. Under this condition, you can cancel free of charge. Please contact us immediately to cancel your order in time.
Received an incorrect order?
In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect order, we offer our sincere apologies. Should this be the case, please contact us immediately so that we can send you the correct order.

Received a defective product?
There is a chance that a product may be damaged during transport. Therefore, always carefully check your order upon receipt. Should you receive a defective product, take a clear photo and contact our customer service immediately for further assistance.
Important: Report transport damage to us within one working day of receipt.
